We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control do not qualify for free returns or refunds.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. In such cases, ZAHRE will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@zahreco.shop with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and provide a solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that order modifications or cancellations can be accommodated once an order has been placed.

If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@zahreco.shop. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
