Order Tracking

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

ZAHRE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@zahreco.shop.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing or has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@zahreco.shop and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

ZAHRE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

Order Cancellations

We strive to process orders quickly. As a result, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@zahreco.shop.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
